Setting iPhone Text retention via Intune or other MDM

Our company has a data retention policy of 30 days, for emails, chats etc. It was brought to our team's attention that we should also be setting a Text Message retention policy to align with our current policy. How do we set a Text Msg Retention policy on an iPhone and disable the option for our employees to change that setting? These are all VPP and managed devices owned by our company.
