Subscriptions on Apple TV

Hello, I have been charged for an app on Apple TV that I do not have any subcription to and do not have the app on my TV, Paramount. I ran into this with a second app and have contacted Living Scriptures and since it all ran through Apple TV they could not help me. How do I stop being charged for APPS I don't have listed in my subsctions? I need to find out how long I have been paying for apps I did not sign for? Also would I be able to be refunded for these charges?

If they are not listed in your Apple account subscriptions then one would assume they aren't being charged by Apple directly.

Where are you seeing this charges exactly?

How do you know they are apps on Apple TV specifically?

What do these charges appear as on your payment method's statement?

Do you share your payment method with anybody?

Are you the Family Organizer in a Family Sharing group?

If either of the above are true, the subscriptions may have been started by someone else, so would be on their account not yours.

Apple would only refund charges that can be found in an Apple account and as such cancelled from there. They won't refund charges not visible on an Apple ID since they cannot then be attributed to Apple directly.

Thank you for your response. It seems I had two emails and this is what messed up what I could see so this is how I missed the apps. Unfortunely there really isn't a record of who these apps got on my tv...but they are cancelled now!
