How can I use auto tap on my iPhone screen?

I was wondering if there was a way to auto tap my screen. I don’t understand how to create a recipe in settings and all the apps are scams.

How do I turn off 'tap and hold to customise lock screen' It’s okay that I can tap and hold my Lock Screen to bring up the customise function, but more often than not when I pull the phone from my pocket or just pick it up, my finger touches the screen and it goes into the customise screen. Why the minimum screen lock timeout is only 30 seconds? I have Iphone 12 mini with ios 17.2.1. Screen Auto lock feature. The shortest time out is 30 seconds. It means that the the screen will auto lock after 30 seconds. I consider it insecure - I want the options of 5 seconds and 'immediate'. But - I could not find any way to set up auto lock to immediate. I had this option on my old Samsung Galaxy. When in high risk environment - I would set the phone to lock immediately. How to do this with my IPhone?

Is there a way to turn off custom Lock Screen option? IOS 16 Whenever I go to check my phone's lock screen, my phone often interprets my tap on my screen as a long hold and zooms out to display the new custom lock screen options. This is a pain for a number of reasons. I am not trying to edit my home screen, most of the time I'm just checking the time or my notifications. It drains my battery. My screen doesn't lock again until the system option of 3 minutes, unlike the lock screen which will show for maybe 15 seconds. Any accidental taps on my screen when I'm not looking and my screen will be idly on for 3 minutes. It's just unnecessary. If I wanted to edit it, I would think it would be found in settings like the rest of the home and lock screen options. Is there a way to turn this off? Stop it from happening? Put a different command to editing the lock screen? Apple really does just shoot themselves in the foot every time they add an update.
