This screen is popping up, and i have pressed all the possible options I could but it just keeps coming back to this. I put it upside down and turned it off as soon as the water touched my mac, but after 4 hours i have turned it on again and this happened. Please help!

Water damage is often extensive and ongoing due to corrosion. The computer needs to be examined by an authorized service center. Water damage often can not be repaired depending on the extent of the damage.
Just now it went back to normal for a few seconds, until it froze and went back to the screen.
It is not working anymore!!! It is black and i can’t get it to turn on
