Why an apple tv4k will switch off on its own.

what are the reason's for it ??

2nd gen Apple TV only shows Computers and Settings even with a working network connection. My Apple TV 2nd gen only shows Computers and Settings, even while on a stable and working Internet connection. It hasn’t been used in a while because it had been replaced by a 3rd gen 2013 model. Just curious if I can get it working though.

Apple TV Continue Watching is not Updating after OS18 update? I have an 2 older Apple TV's, the model that was prior to the 4K Apple TV, and a 3rd 4K AppleTV After the OS 18 update, the 2 older AppleTV's are not updating the "continue working" on the AppleTV Home Screen. The 4K is working fine, but not the 2 older models.... I actually reset the AppleTV to default factory settings, and re-set / signed in with Apple ID, etc. Still won't work. Is there a fix for this, or do I have to bite the bullet and buy a new 4K Apple TV?

It should only switch off ‘automatically’, if it is set to do so (after being idle for a while, or when a set timer reaches its limit). The screen server is included in being idle. Being idle is not streaming content through apps.
