My 4 month old MacBook M3 Pro laptop continues to have issues with email both in Outlook and the Mail app, with enlarging part of the text to about 200 points, and the computer takes random screenshots, in one day alone I had 27 screenshots!

My MacBook M3 Pro laptop has multiple issues with Outlook and with the Mail app (but could be caused from Outlook), different parts of the email will jump to about 200 pt font, sometimes emails do not reach me, they are blocked, people tell me they don't receive my emails. Other issues include restarting Outlook, just for my work email, several times a day. My other problem is the laptop will randomly take screenshots. I never know when it is happening. I have had as many as 27 in one day. I have taken the computer to the Geek Squad, they couldn't reproduce the problem. I have used Apple Support by phone several times, and the problem continues, and I took it to the Apple Store (3 hour round trip) and they say it is not a hardware issue, it is a software issue. Possibly from transferring from my 9 year old MacBook Air to the new computer. I have taken old apps off the new laptop and still I have the same issues. Microsoft 365 has been removed and downloaded several times and it continues. I feel frustrated! I am embarrassed to have customers see huge letters in the middle of an email. The email looks fine when I send it but my coworker sent an email of mine to show me what it looks like. I need to have this corrected. Any advice?
