How can I exclude a text box when printing?

I have a letter with one text box in it. I would like to print the complete letter including the text box on one page of paper (by default this works fine).

B U T , here is my question:

I also want to print a second copy of the letter without the text box. How do I do that?

You can select that Text box and on the Style panel, set its opacity to zero, effectively making it invisible. However, if that disrupts the appearance of the second copy, then you would need a separate second document with the formatting adjusted to eliminate the Text box.
