I can't stream DStv on my iPad

Please i can stream DSTV on my iPad, when i click on the channel it shows “whoops, it seems there’s a problem “ it has been doing that for long time. Please what should i do?

Try these, if there are any you've not:

update the DStv app, if an update is available
restart your iPad
Log out of your DStv account and back in
Remove the DStv app from your iPad, reinstall and log back in.

If none of that helps, or you're not using their app but rather are trying to play a video via the web, you'll probably need to contact DStv support for assistance.
