Why was I charged during the Free Trial Period?
I chose the 3-day free trial to try the app, but I wasn’t completely satisfied with the results, so I canceled it the same day. However, I was charged $49.99 on the first day of the trial. I don’t understand how I was charged as if I had purchased the app when I canceled on the first day of the free trial. I wasn’t satisfied and I believe this charge is unfair, so I am requesting a refund. Today I was informed of the final decision that I don’t meet the conditions for a refund. It’s unbelievable that I was charged as if I had purchased the app on the first day of the free trial. My intention was never to buy it without trying it first.
