Block outgoing number on caller identification
Hello,
Is there a simple way to block my phone number from appearing on anyone’s caller identification permanently without using codes?

It probably doesn't have anything to do with the model of your phone but rather with your carrier. If your carrier is a legacy CDMA carrier, like Verizon, your phone will not offer those options directly on the phone. You need to dial a short code.
Here's Verizon's instructions:
The short codes tend to be the same across carriers but if this doesn't work for you, search for your carrier's instructions.
