How to disable camera icon on lock screen only (iPhone 14)

It has been a while since this issue has been brought up (and not resolved), so I'd like to revisit options for disabling access to the Camera app from the iPhone lock screen. As others have noted, if the Camera icon on the lock screen could be disabled somehow, the chance of inadvertently activating the Camera app and draining the battery while in-pocket would be greatly reduced.

I tried the Screen Time method of restricting the camera app, but this removed the app access entirely, not just on the Lock screen.

Also tried removing every function except Notification Center and Home Control under the Allow Access When Unlocked screen (in Face ID & Passcode), the Camera icon on the lock screen remains accessible.

Lastly, I tried enabling Touch Accommodations and increasing the required Touch hold duration by a small amount, but this degraded my iPhone's responsiveness to many functions including Notepad typing, so I turned Touch Accommodations back off.
