There are simply too many System modifications and not sure if you are currently even using all of them. Some of these may be old and transferred from a previous OS or were not uninstalled properly. The easiest way to resolve the problem is by doing a clean install of the OS and only install the apps that you are using. Of course, having a backup would be essential to avoid any loss of valuable data. You would not want to simply restore everything from the backup as that you just put you back in the same situation.

Although simply dragging it to the trash is not going to remove the several processes that are currently launching on startup in multiple locations. I would recommend not installing it after the Factory Reset.

Have you considered not leaving it run in clamshell mode over night. Those background items are installed by apps you have installed. Docker I have heard about and I haven't run Java in years. If you have the time I suggest you start looking for answers on the net on how to remove OSMessageTracer.

Apple SUGGESTS (but does not Warrant) that your battery MAY last as long as 1000 charge cycles, provided all other factors are well-controlled.

if you continue to allow the battery to become discharged, 1000 cycles could be consumed in as little as three years.

Battery replacement service currently costs US$250 in the US.

Plug it in until as often as possible until you figure out why this is happening, or face early battery failure.
