I’m a musician who wants to record each song separately. I use my Iwatch remotely to record but when I turn it off and try to turn it back for the next song. My iPhone defaults to photo mode. how can I keep my iPhone and my I watch as a default to video mode?

On you iPhone please follow the path below,
iPhone > Settings > Camera > Preserve Settings > Enable (green showing), if it is showing, please momentarily disable, then enable it again.
This setting preserves the last setting, so that it doesn’t always return to photo.
