USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter problem with iPad Pro M4

I bought USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter a few months.

When I connect Audio Interface to Adapter (connect to iPad M4) it worked about

10 minutes then it lost connection and reconnect again by itself. First thing I

worry about is iPad maybe got a problem. I contacted to apple support that

cannot fine a problem or provide solution for me. So, I bought another cheap

adapter from internet to test and it no problem. Both Audio Interface and HDMI

work fine on the cheap one. I even bought new Audio Interface that support

power bus with usb-c to test and result is it work, just use apple power charge

cable connect from Interface direct to iPad.

I need a support for this issue, but I not found option for

USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter at https://getsupport.apple.com/products.

I just hope that apple may fix this issue on new iPad OS

update. Or just a problem of adapter itself?
