I am unable to play rented iTunes movies using Windows 11?

I have ensured I have latest version of ITunes, I recently upgraded to Windows 11, since then I can not get rented movies to play. I get a black screen with no audio or picture, all of my other applications are unaffected, I have checked to see my ITunes version is the latest, rented a film , but, a black screen again is all I get. Any advise would be appreciated.

Sorting out playback issues on Windows can be a headache since there are so many "moving parts" involved. The usual first step here is to see if there are any updated drivers for your system's video card; sometimes a driver update can fix the problem. You can also try the Apple TV app instead of iTunes:

Hope this helps.
