My Macbook can't recognize devices via cable after updated to OS Ventura

Hi everyone, i'm using a Macbook Pro 2017 with 2 thunderbolt USB-C ports. After i updated to OS Ventura, i got 2 issues:

  1. My macbook can't recognize any device (including my friend's iphone). Even i tried to change another cable (all of them are Apple's products), it's still can't connect to sync data, just charge battery only. Any solution for this? Or i just have to downgrade or reboot my mac?
  2. I got duplicate character while i typing in keyboard. Even i use Apple original keyboard or 3rd party software keyboard, it's still occurs. Is there any solution for this too?

Try rebooting first. Do not close the lid of the display.

Downgrading is difficult and may not work unless you recognize your backup drive with your Mac.

If you haven't backed up to the Cloud, it may be worthwhile to backup to Carbonite temporarily to see if you have installed something creating input trouble with your Thunderbolt ports. Maybe it is third party drivers for a camera or keyboard. Once you are backed up, then you can consider a downgrade:
