I have a 2023 iMAC 24" computer and it says in the software updates that I can install the above beta version of the next MAC OS. When I try to install the Beta, the installation keeps on failing. Has anybody else had success installing this beta version?

There is no support for beta software and with Apple scheduling an event for September 9th, at this point it would be best to wait and see what they announce for the availability of Sequoia.
FWIW, you can turn off beta update notifications in System Settings > General > Software Update > Beta Updates.

Apple does not push Beta software to users unless they specifically request it. So please don't fault Apple for something you requested!
