I have chaged my Email and password in for icould and apple id and I am not abble to reset or restore my apple wach anymore, it requires me the email and password that has been given the time of setting Apple watch up, since(old mail)
If you had "Find My" set up for the Watch, then it automatically set up Activation Lock as well. You may need to try turning it off via iCloud on the web. See:
