Android Photos not coming through in joint iPhone and Android conversation

Sometimes, it appears that you have MMS activated but you really don't. Start by contacting your carrier and asking them to remove MMS. Restart your phone and have them add it back. Sometimes you can do this yourself from your account online or from your carrier's app on your phone. But if not, call them.

Also, make sure you have cellular data enabled.

Hmmm restart the phone or get a new one is it in bad shape or condition is it glitching does it have a crack anywhere? Does it have a scratch?

And is it new? Or old??

The suggestion to restart the phone is always a good one. However, the phone having a scratch will generally not affect how it works.
