how to I get that? installed thought I did but now it says I need to renew if I want to watch

The offer is for new subscribers. Current and previous subscribers may not be eligible on that same Apple ID account. Users are supposed to redeem their offer from Apple on their new qualifying Apple device, in the TV app: Find the ‘Enjoy 3 Months Free’ redeem button there. The offer is redeemable for the first 90 days after setting up the new qualifying Apple device.
