MacBook Pro 2019 turns on when I fully close the lid

I have tried the SMC Rest 3 or 4 times.

I have tried the PR rest holding the control, option, shift and power buttons.

I have checked my sleep settings.

checked system settings for apps that might wake the laptop

None of those solutions solved the problem.

Does anyone have a solution??

If you close the lid how then do you see it turn back on...(?)

Opening the lid either wakes it from sleep or it will boot the Mac.
