Adding iPads into ABM not working

Hi,

For the last few years I have been adding iPads to ABM using Apple Configurator 2 on a Mac but for some reason I now cannot add them. It goes through the procedure of adding and I get no errors but they never appear in ABM?

Is there logs I can look at to see what is happening because I get no errors and everything seems to go through as normal.

Devices registered in Apple Configurator not showing in ABM Hi i have just registered and supervised 2 new iPhone 15's using Apple Configurator. I got no error messages whilst "setting up" and they show as supervised in in Apple Configurator. However neither are showing in ABM webpage or in Intune. Its been a while since i used ABM as we normally get phones "pre assigned", and I may be missing a step. but since the devices are not showing in ABM i cannot set the MDM to our intune MDM. I have checked all the "tokens" (VPP and Scim) and they're valid. Any idea please?

Connection issue between iPad and Mac iPad connection to Mac. Had trouble with this in the past and fixed it by force-quitting the Finder. Now it's acting the same way again. Everytime the iPad loads an update, but doesn't continue with the update because not enough battery, I can no longer connect it to my Mac whether with a cable or wirelessly. This so frustrates me because I didn't know it needed an update and am now at work waiting for it to "update" and running late because I need the two to exchange a Filemaker document which I can't load into iPad without them "seeing" each other. Why Apple, why is a cable not able to communicate between the two if it needs an update when it worked fine before recognizing the new update? Apple configurator Hi All, Here, I'm trying to add Mac devices to ABM. Unfortunately, Apple Configurator on my iPhone is not detecting the MacBook Air device. My iPhone is running on the iOS 17.4.1 version, and the MacBook Air is running on MacOS 12 (monterey with the latest updated version). I'm wondering why the device is not detecting. Can you help me? Has anyone experienced the same scenario? Thanks for your help!
