Devices registered in Apple Configurator not showing in ABM

Hi i have just registered and supervised 2 new iPhone 15's using Apple Configurator. I got no error messages whilst "setting up" and they show as supervised in in Apple Configurator. However neither are showing in ABM webpage or in Intune.

Its been a while since i used ABM as we normally get phones "pre assigned", and I may be missing a step. but since the devices are not showing in ABM i cannot set the MDM to our intune MDM. I have checked all the "tokens" (VPP and Scim) and they're valid. Any idea please?
