iPhone message claiming iCloud payment problem

Usual credit card. Asking to Update Payment Details. First came as a message to Customer, Customer. Now Settings wants to Update Payment came with my name adress and ending numbers of CC. Have NOT updated payment.

It seems like that you need to update your payment information. Did the expiration date of your credit card change? See this:
