How to turn off voice over on startup on the MacBook Pro 14.6.1

This was a previous question on this situation, so I checked all of the solutions and then found one that worked for me.

Steps:

*System Settings

*lock Screen

*Accessibility Options

*Accessibility: VoiceOver- turn it on or off (on) blue or white dot to the right (off) subdued or white dot to the left

*note: If you have security measures there will be a small window that will ask for you password.

*Lastly, Choose Done!
