How can I delete my Apple Pay?

You just need to remove the cards you have added to the Wallet app.

Specifically for the Apple Cash card, you should follow these steps.

Close your Apple Cash account or turn it off on a device - Apple Support

If you then want to remove the Wallet App, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps > Wallet, and switch it off.

Note that this will not cancel any subscriptions and if you are seeing recurring charges, then you will need to cancel those, otherwise they will continue. A subscription is charged directly to the bank that issued your card.

You can't delete Apple Pay.

Apple Pay is not an app to be deleted its a service. You are free to not use it if want to. Simply remove all cards from the Apple Wallet app or simply don't activate the option at a store or website and pay in the regular way there.

If you are referring to the Apple Wallet App, different from Apple Pay, you can delete it like any other App. Press and hold on it, until the menu appears, then select Remove App, and then Delete App.

If you are referring to recurring charges made on your credit or debit cards from apps downloaded from the App Store, that has nothing to do with Apple Pay.
