Great! Thank you. Nice background image, btw.
I'm assuming you have already tried shutting down your Mac, and then, booted it back up and this window re-appeared ... correct?
If so, it would most likely be one of your Mac's "Login Items."
You can check by going to System Settings > General > Login Items
Look under the section, titled: Open at Login. Check to see if BT Cloud Desktop is one of the items listed. If it is, select it, and then, select the "minus" key to remove it.

Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?
We need to see what all is running, a report from this will not display any personal info...

Thank you all for your advise. Very much appreciated.
I have finally got rid of it.... went to Activity Manager and it was there and let me delete it.
Tesserax...thank you.....the background pic makes me feel like I am there again !!
Of course they did. ;)
Have you tried selecting this set up app, and then, choose "Force Quit?" Try "Quit" first, then "Force Quit."
Could you also take a screenshot so that we can see what you see?

Uninstall both.
No, I gave up. I just drag it to the bottom of the screen now. Thank you all anyway.
Well I logged on this morning and guess what....the box appeared again on my desktop. I obviously wasn't as clever as I though LOL
It did disappear yesterday !
I have tried all sorts this morning but no luck shifting it again.. Nothing gives me the option to quit or force quit.
Yes I tried but cannot get an option to quit or force quit.
You're very welcome!
Great troubleshooting! I'm glad you got it worked out.
Yes, Norton AntiVirus and a VPN.
I can’t uninstall as it says bt cloud is open so won’t let me
Thank you .
