Can I do anything about a forgotten Notes password?

I broke my phone recently and had a locked note on it that was Face ID. Now that I have this new phone I can’t recall whatever password I put but the note is extremely important, clearly I knew the passwords to my iCloud and etc. but not this l, will apple ever fix this

You can guess as many times as you want, but the password for the locked note is encrypted on your phone and nowhere else. Until you recall the password you used, the note will remain locked and there is NO workaround for that. FaceID was never a replacement for the password. FaceID is merely a convenience. And when you created the password to lock the note, you were given the opportunity to create a password hint to help you avoid this. Did you? As sberman correctly points out, there is nothing for Apple to fix. You should have written the password down somewhere for future reference.
