Kaiser Permanente connection to Apple Health App

I connect my Kaiser Northern California To Health app during the pandemic and have been getting the immunization updates. When I click on the Clinical Vitals, I get the ‘Get Started’ and try to Connect to Kaiser again. After I connect to my Account there should be an Allow/Deny option to connect the account. The Little Web login screen allows me to login though I see the Text “ Cannot find request information.” and only have a Logout Button.

I had thought All of my data was there before, but I’m only seeing the immunizations.

Should I remove and re-add Kaiser? Is there a Link for Immunizations vs All other Data?

Still broken for me. I called Kaiser’s mobile app team & got escalated to a senior technician.

He had never heard of this feature… I explained it and while on the phone, the technician connected his personal Kaiser account to the Apple Health app on his iPhone and it worked… that said, he’s in Southern California and I’m in Northern. Maybe that was the difference?

Since I was the only person who ever experienced this issue, he told me I had to wait until more members called in to complain. So… I recommend you all call them to complain and maybe a software engineer will get assigned to chase it down.

I did delete the Kaiser account from my iPhone and tried to re-add it. That yields the same error, but now all my Kaiser history is gone. :(
