I've lost my iPhone without ability to return it. I have a backup of it in my icloud. How do i get that data on my non apple laptop?

You don't need to transfer the backup data from iCloud to your computer.
When you buy a new phone, you can use the iCloud backup to restore all the data back to the new phone, so your new phone will look like your old phone.
If it’s an iCloud backup you cannot. If you were just syncing to iCloud checkout iCloud.com
I cant buy a new iphone right now. Isn't there any method to get the data on my computer, that phone has like 300gb of photos on it.
