When I try to swipe up to open my iPad Pro is isn’t working. I tried a couple other things then swiped u0 again & took at least 12 times to finally get in.
my iPad Pro also locks after a few seconds. It is not set up to close that soon.
anyone else having the same issues?

When swiping-upwards to unlock your iPad, begin the swipe from below the bottom edge of the visible screen.
If your iPad has a fitted case, this may be restricting your ability to start the swipe from outside of the visible area; if a case is fitted to your iPad, try removing the case.
Be aware that your iPad will re-lock, as described, if you don't reach the iPad's Home Screen within a few seconds.
