Swipe issues on iPad
Can’t swipe up to open it and can’t swipe to close appt

There’s either a white or black line/bar at the bottom of the screen. Place you finger on line/bar and swipe up. This will open the App Switcher. From there you can reopen ann app that is loaded in the background. Just tap on the app. To close an app, place you fringed on the app and swipe up.
