I am unable to verify my eSIM number to receive Messages on my iPad

I have an ipad pro 11 m4, I live in the Philippines and used an esim by TM/Globe however I can’t verify my number because I can’t receive the message in the ipad. Anyone know how to fix this? (I dont have an iPhone)
