How can I reset my MacBook password without the admin name?

Your profile says it's an older MacBook Pro Touch Bar model, so Intel and not Apple Silicon? It also looks like (from your picture in the post) you have two accounts, a standard for daily use and an admin account; you can log into the standard account but you have forgotten your admin account password? Correct me if I've misunderstood anything.

The simplest way to reset the admin account - especially if you only use it for admin tasks on the laptop and not for logging into anything with passwords you don't mind losing - will be from the password recovery assistnat in Recovery Mode.

Only difference should be that you will have the option to pick which account you want to change the password for - make sure you pick the correct one.
