How can I update with my iphone 6s
Go to Settings/General/Software Update and it will tell you the highest version your iPhone 6S supports, and let you update it if it doesn’t have that version already.

The iPhone 6S, released by Apple nine years ago, cannot be updated beyond iOS 15.X.
