How to track missing Apple Card transactions?

on August 30th I used my new Apple Card for the first time at Sheetz gas station. I spent $27. I saw the charge go onto my account. The charge is now gone and I can’t find it. It’s not showing up in my recent transactions. I didn’t make a payment yet. I’m so confused. I’ve looked in my apple wallet to see if it came out there. I’ve checked my bank accounts. Nothing. It’s literally disappeared.
