Apple Watch locked to owner, How do I set it up with my Credentials?

Good afternoon, I buy a use iPhone watch from someone that it selling her phone, however, I’m trying to activate it with my iPhone, but still have the owners email and password. I need to set it up with my credentials and it’s not allowing me.

Will have to contact the person who sold it to you and ask them to go through the steps listed in the link below. If they are not willing or able to do that, then you should ask for a refund. You cannot remove their credentials on your own. Only they can do that.
