Can’t make in app purchases

I can make purchases in App Store Apple TV iTunes etc but not in anything that’s Apple related I was making in app purchases perfectly fine but then it just stopped working and tell me contact iTunes but I can’t even do that cause the only way to contact for my region is call but I’m not in situation to call I even tried changing payment method same thing happened

Billing problem with previous purchase hello , I can’t update apps on my iPhone I keep getting either verification needed or billing problem with previous purchase but I don’t have any active subscriptions at all I owe nothing I’m not on family sharing or anything I looked it up and I found out I can be sorted if I changed my region and select none as payment method but then apple won’t let me change region it keeps saying can’t change store front info at this time. highly frustrating since I’ve been on this for days and I really need to update apps
