Camera app pop up on my iPhone 14 Pro randomly post iOS 17.6.1 update.

I updated my iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 17.6.1 the other day and since then the camera app has been popping up randomly on the screen for no reason at all. It also opens in the middle toggling in between screens or if I am just on the Home Screen it just opens up on its own even if I am not actively doing anything on the phone. I also notice when it seems to happen more when I am on YouTube or X apps. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Thanks!

Not experiencing this issue, but if I were I would perform a Forced Restart.

This is the first thing that the tech will do if you take the phone in for service, so it might save a trip.

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Follow the instructions very carefully. (Hint.....you have to ignore the slider to turn the phone off and keep holding the Side button another 10-15 seconds until the Apple logo appears in the center of the screen.)

It didn’t fix the problem :-/ but thanks again for the tip! Hopefully they will put another update out to correct it. It’s just a nuisance but I guess not a major problem.🤷🏾‍♀️
