unable to display coverage details of my AirPods Pro 2

When I want to check my AirPods Pro 2 details on the Apple coverage site I get the below error:

"Add device to iCloud

We're

unable to display coverage details because this device is missing

information that can only be provided by the device owner. First, pair

this device to an iCloud device. You'll need to sign out then sign back

into Check Coverage to view the added device."

although I paired my AirPods Pro 2 with my iPhone.

... and have you followed the instructions to sign-out, then sign back into your iCloud account?
