How do I make a warranty claim for Magic Keyboard!
I cannot see on the website how to make a simple warranty claim.......!
The plastic coating on the underside of the keyboard is delaminating (bubbling up) and will eventually snag and tear.
These keyboards are not cheap and, as well as being functional, they need to look good.
The support web site isn't clear and helpful in respect of warranty support and doesn't tell me how to make a claim.
The device is only around 6 months old.
When I went to the Apple store in Regents Street London they tried giving me an appointment slot the following week to talk about it...... like popping into their store is a 5 minute trip.
