Why I am being charged for iTunes without any subscription?
I do not subscribe for iTunes, but from my bank account today take off 31.00 to apple.com

Take a look here:
If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
If you don't see anything, it may well be a fraudulent charge from someone who obtained your credit card number. Contact your bank to report the charge.
