Can I access AppleCare services in a different country?

AppleCare is usually only valid in the country where the device was purchased, so your plan to take it to Dubai is wise. Beyond that, our status as your fellow end users means we cannot quote repair prices or time required.

in the US, few repairs for sealed devices are done in-store while you wait. Most are sent to centralized Apple repair/refurbishment facilities so there is a day or two when the device is in transit. You’ll have to work out timing with Apple.

Apple have corporate offices in Dubai. You might contact them to get an idea of how repairs are handled.

Did you buy your iPhone from Apple directly or some seller in Dubai? I ask because "sellers" in Dubai are notorious for selling iPhones, which could have been manufactured for another country. AppleCare is country specific.

Open the Settings App, and tap General > About. Report back what the model number is, like A1902.
