Accidentally deleted my “Hide My Email” account and now I can’t access my Twitter Account!!!

Yesterday, I used my "Hide My Email" account to access Twitter. During this process, I attempted to add my phone number, which required a verification code. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate the verification code immediately. I realized I needed to check my email for the code, but by the time I found it, it was already too late. The code was inspired in my spam folder.

In a moment of frustration, I was trying everything to get my Twitter account and at that time I accidentally deleted my "Hide My Email" account that was for my Twitter account at that time I was thinking that it would generate a new “Hide My Email” address that would allow me to receive another verification code for my Twitter account. Unfortunately, this did not resolve my issue, and I am now unable to access my Twitter account.

As of right now, I’m just mad and frustrated and I really hope that I could get my “Hide my email” account back.

And if I can’t get it back, you guys at Apple should add a feature where you can recover such “Hide My Email” account so like clueless people like me don’t accidentally delete their “Hide my Email” account.

And whoever at Apple gets a chance to read this, I would like to thank you for putting the time and effort into reading my little backstory.

I don't have my iPhone handy to see if it's the same as on a Mac, but you may be able to recover that address by going to the Hide My Email settings and looking for a "Show Inactive Addresses" option. If there is, that address may be there. If not, X has some suggestions here, though with those very random Hide My addresses, you may not be able to recover:
