Apple TV 4K (Aug 2024 OS Current) - Randomly logs primary user out of store during playback

Hello,

So my previous post is getting no traction… long weekend, meh!! So here is another which is related.

My Apple TV 4K is logging out my account from the store often when the system is turned on or, as the title says at random times during playback. Additionally when making a purchase or rental on the Apple TV it asks for confirmation via device even though I have that setting turned off.

Is this somehow related to my latest iPhone and iPad being purchased in Hong Kong at the Apple Store??? I am confused but this is all happening recently with the latest software upgrades that occurred on the devices and Apple TV……
