Use passcode for power off not showing on IOS 18.1

After upgrading from iOS 17 to iOS 18.1, the option to require a passcode for powering off the device is no longer visible. This feature was available and functioning correctly in iOS 17, but since the update to iOS 18.1, it seems to have disappeared from the settings menu. I'm looking for assistance in resolving this issue or understanding if this change is intentional in the latest iOS version
