What will be the warranty period of my replaced AirPods?

I brought my AirPods in August last year, I have sent them back 3 times now.

My last replacement was 1 August this year will it carry 90 Days warranty - so it will expire November this year?

The warranty on replacement products is 90 days or the balance of the original warranty, whichever is longer.

Thank you so much, I thought that was the case but when I look at the warranty, it says it has expired.
