I bought a pair of AirPods Pro 2 3 days ago. I checked the serial number and details on my phone and it shows that the warranty expires next year July. That’s about 9 months.
what to do?

Double check who the seller was. Amazon is an authorized retailer form some Apple products, but there are hundreds of other sellers on Amazon. Those sellers are NOT authorized Apple retailers.
Chances are you purchased a used / gray market product from an unauthorized seller.
Return them for a refund.
