My browser does not allow me to view a certain site

Might it be a restricted site, as determined by parental controls?
Do you use VPN? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile.
These are the 2 most common reasons, after, of course, entering the URL incorrectly.
