Problem deleting LastPass app for Chrome, Safari on MacBook Air 12.7.6 2017

Logging into websites that I've used for many years, and had saved my passwords in LastPass, and now have saved them all in Bitwarden, using a CSV file to transfer them, LastPass is STILL inserting its icons into my login fields for organizations. I've deleted both the LastPass app for Chrome and deleted the Safari extension, and have double-checked (in Applications) that these are both deleted. (Despite my Username, here, I am in the U.S., now, no longer in Korea.)
